The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason for their decision. The buyer must send written notification of the intended return to the email address info@menstra.eu. After notifying of the cancellation, the buyer must return the purchased goods within 14 days. The returned product must be intact, packaged in its original packaging, and must contain all original accessories. The product must be in an unchanged quantity and without any traces of use. The following buyer information is a mandatory attachment for return: • Name and surname • Address • Email • Contact phone number • Order number • Transaction account number (IBAN) for refund The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The cost of shipping the returned goods is covered by the buyer. The seller does not accept cash on delivery (COD) packages. Complaints for goods damaged during transport are considered within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. The seller does not consider later complaints. If there are visible signs of damage to the product upon receipt, the buyer may refuse the shipment, and the courier must draw up a complaint report regarding the damaged shipment.
The seller provides a 24-month warranty for all products. The buyer may return the product if the product does not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity or color, or if the product deviates from the buyer's order in any way. In such cases, the buyer may return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt and may request an immediate replacement for a flawless product or a refund. The warranty does not apply in the event of: • Wear and tear due to use • Defects due to incorrect, improper, and negligent use In the event of a warranty claim, please send the product to the seller's address. The package must contain the following buyer information: • Name and surname • Email address • Delivery address • Information on whether the buyer wishes to exchange the product or receive a refund The seller is obliged to resolve complaints within 7 working days.
