Terms and Conditions


1. General Provisions


The general terms and conditions of the menstra.eu online store (hereinafter: online
store) are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. The general terms and conditions of business define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between Menstra d.o.o., Štihova ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 7418353000, tax ID: 86587587 (hereinafter: provider) and the buyer.
The user is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is specifically warned about the general terms and conditions of business and by placing the order, confirms that they are familiar with them.


2. Availability of Information


The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
the identity of the company (company name and registered office, registration and tax number),
contact details that allow the user quick and efficient communication
(e-mail, telephone),
essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and
warranties),
product availability (every product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
conditions for product delivery or service execution (method, place and time of delivery),
all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined and it must be clearly indicated whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
method of payment and delivery,
validity period of the offer,
the deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about whether and how much the return of the product costs the buyer,
an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.


3. Prices


All prices in the online store are stated in euros (€) and do not include VAT, as Menstra d.o.o. is not a VAT payer. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid for payment with the payment methods listed above, under the conditions listed above. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during order processing, the provider will inform the buyer and allow them to withdraw from the purchase or offer a solution that will be to mutual satisfaction.


4. Payment Methods


The provider allows the following payment methods:
Cash on delivery: The buyer pays for the ordered products to the delivery service upon receipt of the shipment.
Payment by payment cards: The buyer can pay with debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure payment gateway.
Payment via PayPal system: The buyer can pay via their PayPal account.


5. Delivery


The provider will deliver the ordered products within the agreed period. Delivery is carried out by the GLS delivery service. Delivery costs are stated when placing the order and depend on the value of the order and the chosen delivery method. The provider reserves the right to change the delivery service, but undertakes to inform the buyer about this.


6. Right to withdraw from the contract


The buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The deadline begins on the day following the date of receipt of the goods. The only cost charged to the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and in an unchanged quantity. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the return. The provider will return the received payments to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The provider may withhold the refund of received payments until the returned goods are received or until the buyer provides proof that they have sent the goods back.


7. Complaints and Warranty


The provider is responsible for actual defects in the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer can assert their rights due to an actual defect if they notify the provider of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. The provider must respond to a written complaint within eight days of receipt. The warranty for products is valid in accordance with applicable legislation and manufacturer's conditions.


8. Protection of personal data


The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with ZVOP-2 and GDPR. All data obtained through the online store will be used exclusively for the purposes of order execution and delivery, statistical analysis, and improving the operation of the online store. More detailed information on the protection of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.


9. Dispute Resolution


The provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably. In the event that an amicable solution is not possible, the District Court in Ljubljana is competent for resolving disputes. The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for resolving consumer disputes that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.


10. Final Provisions


The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of business without prior notice. Changes take effect on the day of their publication on the website. The user is obliged to regularly monitor changes to the general terms and conditions. These general terms and conditions are valid from April 24, 2026.
